Today I will be blogging about my current shampoo & conditioner.
So I recently bought the Alberto Balsam shampoo & conditioner and I must say I am in love with it!
It smells soo fruity and really relaxing at the same time.
The shampoo is blueberry anti-oxidant which I read was good for dandruff hair? I didn't know that until I bought it, which was a bummer cause I don't have dandruff hair. But it can be used for other types of hair too. It is really good for people who use a lot of product in their hair like gel, wax, hair spray or just in general grease. There were a lot of different ones but I got blueberry cause of the smell :P But I also got it because it says it is extra nourishment for coloured or damaged hair, and I have bleached ombré hair.
The conditioner on the other hand is tea tree tingle (herbal) and its very calming and relaxing. The blueberry I feel is good for waking me up and making me feel really fresh. But for the conditioner its really soothing and relaxing (what all conditioners should do) It conditions really well! I notice that my hair is so soft because of this product! Tea tree is an oil that I love a lot! It is sooooo good for acne because it dries it out and it just disappears in one/two day(s)! It also has mint extracts which smells sooo good! It says it helps promote healthy hair and scalp, but the thing is I don't really focus conditioner on my scalp/roots, I use it a lot for my ends because thats where is dry and conditioner makes my scalp a little greasy and makes my hair greasy fast. I use the leftover that I had on my hand and I just rub that onto my scalp. But it is just so soft and amazing! This is definitely my current fave!
I do notice that my hair is a little frizzy after using it, but its my second time using this product for my hair and I do love it! I use argan oil to tame the frizz so it does the job :) Then I comb my hair with a wide tooth comb and then I leave it to air dry :)
So overall I love this product and I will be thinking to repurchase it :D
